   Discovery Call (60 min).

   You describe the tension. We listen for the structure beneath it — no pitch, no solution in the first call. We don’t proceed unless both sides see structural potential.

2. 2
   Re-Briefing.

   You see the structural levers in your own situation — what you’re trying to achieve, where the tension actually comes from, what success looks like. You confirm we understood the right problem. No design work begins until you approve.

3. 3
   Solution Sketch (Draft) — within 24 hours.

   You receive a written proposal: recommended format, methodology, timeline, and investment range. The diagnosis is yours to keep — whether we work together or not.
